Privacy Policy

When you subscribe to the Transport Futures (TF) e-newsletter, register for a learning event or send us an email using our website contact form, you provide us with personal information. We respect the privacy of this information and use it only to provide what you request. We will not provide this information to anyone without your express permission, unless required by law.

TF does not send unsolicited email (spam). If this has happened, please let us know.

We may use web server usage statistics (such as number of visitors, browsers used) to help administer the TF site. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information.  The site does not use cookies. We include HTML and link detectors in some emails, if you have subscribed to our newsletter or registered for events in which you have granted permission for us to communicate with you. The detectors track recipients’ capability of receiving HTML messages and the number of HTML messages opened.  The detectors also track the links that recipients click on within the email. The detectors do not collect any other information.

Any changes to this privacy policy will be posted on the TF website.  Changes will go into effect 30 days after they are posted.

If you have any questions about this privacy policy, please contact us.
