Important information:

  1. Sharing: Your registration CANNOT be shared with one or more individuals on September 4, 2024. But it can be transferred to another individual if you cannot attend. Please inform us by noon on August 30 if this is the case.
  2. Refunds: Refunds will be provided until August 15, less a 20% administration charge per ticket.
  3. Statement and Chargebacks: Charges on your credit card statement will be listed under “Healthy Transport Consulting” or “PayPal“.  Please contact us before phoning your credit card company requesting chargebacks or an additional $60 fee/ticket will be applied.
  4. Photography, Videos and/or Recordings in process: By purchasing one or more tickets, you hereby grant permission to Toronto Metropolitan University (the “University”), Healthy Transport Consulting/Transport Futures (HTC/TF) and their representatives to photograph, video and otherwise capture your image, and make recordings of your voice at the GTHA Transit Summit. You further grant the University, HTC/TF and their representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute these images and recordings in any media now known or later developed for promoting, publicizing or explaining the University, HTC/TF and their  activities and for administrative, educational or research purposes. You acknowledge that the University and HTC/TF own all rights. If you do not want your image or information shared with the University and HTC/TF, please inform the event staff onsite and photographer/videographer of your wishes.
  5. Waiver: By purchasing one or more tickets, you deem Healthy Transport Consulting/Transport Futures, Toronto Metropolitan University and our partners not responsible for stolen items, personal injury, illness or loss of life related to a delegate attending the GTHA Transit Summit. Please do not attend the Summit “in-person” if you feel unwell. See #1 and #2 above for information pertaining to “sharing” and “refunds”.
