- 13% HST is included in Canadian ticket prices (not applied to donations or ticket surcharges).
- International payments exclude HST and will be converted to local currency by the credit card provider

- Dates/Times: As we are still confirming some speakers, dates and/or times for certain webinars may change. Please check website agendas for up-to-date info. A reminder email will also be sent the day before each webinar takes place.
- Webinar Access: A confidential Zoom link and password will be emailed to you 1 hour before the webinar takes place.
- Sharing: Your webinar registration(s) CANNOT be shared or transferred to another individual.
- Refunds: We understand that plans change! We will provide refunds as follows if notified:
– 28 days before each webinar: Full refund less 30%
– between 15 and 27 days before each webinar: Full refund less 50% administration fee
– less than 14 days before each webinar: No refund. - Statement and Chargebacks: Charges on your credit card statement will be listed under “Healthy Transport Consulting” or “PayPal“. Please contact us before phoning your credit card company requesting chargebacks or an additional $30 fee will be applied.
