Registration payment details:

  • All rates in Canadian $. If necessary, your credit card company will convert total payable to your local currency.
  • 13% HST is calculated based on total registration fees.
  • A 3% transaction fee is also calculated on total registration fees to partially offset 3rd party ticket and credit card fees.

Important Information:

  1. Sharing: Your registration CANNOT be shared with one or more individuals on the day of the Summit (the “event”). But it can be transferred to another individual if you cannot attend. If this is the case, please inform us by September 28 — no changes can be made after Sep 28.
  2. Refunds: Refunds will be provided until September 11, less 25% administration charge. No refunds after September 11.
  3. Statement and Chargebacks: The merchant name on your credit card statement will be listed as “Healthy Transport Consulting“, “Healthy Transport Consulting/Transport Futures“, “HEALTHYTRAN“,  or “PayPal“.  Please contact us before phoning your credit card company requesting chargebacks or an additional $75 fee/ticket will be applied.
  4. Waiver: Healthy Transport Consulting/Transport Futures, Toronto Metropolitan University and our partners are not responsible for stolen items, personal injury, illness or loss of life related to a delegate attending the the event. Please do not attend “in-person” if you feel unwell. See above for information pertaining to “sharing” and “refunds”.
  5. Photography, Videos and/or Recordings in process:  By attending the event, you grant permission to Toronto Metropolitan University (the “University”), Healthy Transport Consulting/Transport Futures (“HTC/TF”) and their representatives to photograph, video and otherwise capture your image, and make recordings of your voice at the event. You further grant the University, HTC/TF and their representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute these images and recordings in any media now known or later developed for promoting, publicizing or explaining the University, HTC/TF and their activities and for administrative, educational or research purposes. You acknowledge that the University and HTC/TF own all rights. If you do not want your image or information shared with the University and HTC/TF, please inform the event staff onsite and photographer/videographer of your wishes.
